Sunflower Collection

Physicists and mathematicians study nature's geometric forms that are repeated in different scales and make up the structure of the universe.
The Sunflower Collection is an abstraction of the sunflower, which for many Amerindian cultures like the Aztecs, Incas and Otomi, used it as a symbol to represent the Sun God.

The sunflower is a heliotrope, and in its budding stage is always turning in search of the sun.
Once the flowers bloom, they are permanently fixed facing the East. By the same token, once a woman puts on her Sunflower jewelry, inevitably searches for the sun and without knowing it, in an unconscious way, once again pays homage and gratitude to the Sun God.
